The business's principal , Johanna Palmer Laws, is a British citizen, born and raised in Sweden. A linguist through and through, her degree majors at Lund University in Sweden were in English and French. She has spent two years studying and working in Switzerland, and two years in Spain working and learning Spanish.

Since July 2003 Johanna has been living and working in South East England. She has developed a very good ability to read a business’s needs and to then work well with its people, regardless of cultural, professional or social background.
